Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to evaluate cybersecurity programs, identify opportunities, and develop practical strategies aligned with business objectives. You will work across multiple industries, leading assessments, stakeholder workshops, and transformation roadmaps while collaborating with EY teams and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with 2–4 years.
Experience in cybersecurity assessments and maturity evaluations.
Knowledge of frameworks: NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
Assess cybersecurity programs, governance structures, and risk management capabilities.
Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports.
Collaborate with EY teams; mentor junior staff and support business development.
