Job summary

Immersive seeks an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our Customer Success team. You’ll own the customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales and professional services, embedding with clients for the duration of the contract and driving platform adoption.

You will partner with enterprise sales to secure the technical win and build lasting relationships across organizations. Based in the UAE/METNA region or remote, you will influence product direction, run POVs with key customers,

Qualifications

5+ years in information security or solution consulting, including pre-sales.
Extensive client-facing experience with C-level and technical stakeholders.
Strong IT fundamentals in hardware, software, networks and security.
Authoritative knowledge of security concepts, domains, and standards.
Hands-on with Windows/Linux, security tools, and cloud environments.
Experience leading technical presentations for diverse audiences.
CISSP and related qualifications are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage customers across the lifecycle from pre-sales to post–sales and professional services.
Deliver in-depth solution demonstrations and manage proofs-of-concept.
Advise on cyber security programs, crisis simulations, and risk measurement.
Partner with customers to align objectives and desired outcomes.
Drive adoption of Immersive One to maximize platform value.
Function as liaison between sales, product leadership and clients.
Present executive reviews and provide insights to support long-term health.
