Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Cyber Software Engineer (Level 1 CNO Analyst/Programmer) to design and develop specialized software tools for secure, multi-domain systems. Locations include Annapolis Junction, MD; San Antonio, TX; Aurora, CO; and Carey, NC.

Responsibilities include end-to-end data flow design, coding in C/C++, Python, and Java, and documentation. Basic qualifications require a CS/IS/Network Eng degree with experience and an active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering with 4 years of experience.
• Master's degree with 2 years of experience; PhD with 0 year of experience.
• Experience in Python or C/C++ programming; troubleshooting and debugging systems.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into the tools developed.
• Programs in C/C++, Python, Java, Perl or Assembly; develops Windows/UNIX applications.
• Provides documentation and participates in design and software readiness reviews.
