Northrop Grumman Mission Systems invites applications for a Sr. Principal Cyber Software Engineer (Level 3 CNO Analyst/Programmer). Positions are at Annapolis Junction MD, San Antonio TX, Aurora CO, and Carey NC.

The role involves designing and developing secure software tools, programming in C/C++, Python, and other languages, and contributing to government software development processes. Qualified candidates hold TS/SCI with Polygraph, and have multi-domain software experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering with 12 years of experience.
Master's degree with 10 years of experience.
PhD with 8 years of experience.
Current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph (through the MD Customer).
Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging systems.
CNO development concepts, tools and techniques.
Unit testing frameworks and practices.

Responsibilities

Provides custom software design and development of specialized tools and techniques.
Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into the tools developed.
Provides/authors documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with Government procedures.
Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python; develop Windows or UNIX applications; embedded or mobile platform development.
