Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Principal Cyber Software Engineer (Level 0 CNO Analyst/Programmer) to join our team across Annapolis Junction MD, San Antonio TX, Aurora CO, and Carey, NC. You will design and develop tailored software tools, working in C/C++, Python, and Java, with emphasis on secure, scalable solutions.

A current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required, and occasional travel (up to 10%) is possible to support program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.
• 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; Masters/PhD with 0 years of experience.
• Current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance.
• Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging systems.
• CNO development concepts, tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking for tools.
• Programs in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl or Python; develops Windows and UNIX apps.
• Participates in design, code, and software readiness reviews per government procedures.
• Contributes to documentation and software build environments.
