Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Sr. Principal Cyber Software Engineer (Level 2 CNO Analyst/Programmer) to design and develop specialized software tools for secure, multi-domain systems. Places of performance include Annapolis Junction MD, San Antonio TX, Aurora CO, and Carey NC.

Responsibilities encompass end-to-end software development, documentation, and collaboration in government-led procedures. Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and strong C/C++/Python skills.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph (through the MD Customer)
8+ years of experience in Python or C/C++
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging systems

Responsibilities

Designs and develops custom software and tools.
Creates end-to-end data flow and tasking into tools.
Performs design, code, and software readiness reviews per Gov't procedures.
Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
Develops Windows apps using Visual Studio/.NET; UNIX apps using Makefiles; embedded/mobile development.
Produces and authors documentation per government processes.
