Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Program Portfolio Managers, engineers, customers, and subs.
• Formulate and manage long-term program portfolio strategy.
• Drive bid decisions and review technical solutions, schedules, and BOEs.
• Serve as deputy technical lead on an existing task order.
