Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cyber Software Engineer (Level 0 CNO Analyst/Programmer) to design and develop specialized software tools across multiple platforms. The role supports various sites including Annapolis Junction MD, San Antonio TX, Aurora CO, and Carey, NC.

Responsibilities include end-to-end data flow development, documentation, and programming in C/C++, Python, Java, and more. A Bachelor’s in a relevant field is required, with TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.
Current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance and willingness to obtain another polygraph.
Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging systems.

Responsabilités

Provides custom software design and development of specialized tools and techniques.
Develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into the tools created; writes documentation.
Programs in C, C++, Java, Python; develops Windows or UNIX or embedded/mobile apps.
