Job summary

NBCUniversal in the United States is seeking a Sr Cyber Security Manager to lead the Cyber Security strategy within the Operations & Technology organization, collaborating with AI Product, Strategy and Engineering teams.

The role translates security insights into a practical roadmap, builds trusted relationships with business partners, assesses risks, and champions security programs while coordinating with incident response and governance teams to improve program maturity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT or 7+ years with Master’s degree.
• 3+ years in Cyber Security.
• 2+ years of customer-facing technical engagement.
• 2+ years coordinating projects with PM tools.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
• Must be located within commutable distance to Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to execute the Cyber Security strategy.
• Communicate strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify risks with business teams and mitigation.
• Provide security thought leadership aligned to business.
• Articulate threat landscape to stakeholders.
• Bridge security assessments with incident reports to set priorities.
• Track Cyber Security involvement in projects.
• Collaborate with incident response for postmortems.
• Develop metrics to measure program maturity.
