Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Specialist in Chandler, AZ for an on-site, full-time role. You will protect company systems, identify vulnerabilities, and respond to incidents while guiding cyber security improvements across teams.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of security tools, SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and cloud security, with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in cybersecurity.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection software.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate detected cyber security incidents and risks.
• Determine impacts of cyber security control failures.
• Develop, track, and present cybersecurity metrics for the assigned area.
• Respond to security breaches and incidents and support junior staff.
