Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to protect our systems and networks from threats. You will identify vulnerabilities, implement security controls, and respond to incidents in a fast-paced, acquisitions-driven environment.

The role requires strong security knowledge, cloud and SIEM experience, and the ability to communicate risks to stakeholders. Regular on-site work supports secure operations and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a cyber security engineer or related role.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.

Responsibilities

• Assess and design security architecture at scale in a complex environment.
• Plan and implement enterprise security solutions for hybrid environments.
• Review vulnerabilities and risks and determine impacts.
• Develop metrics and present cyber security statistics.
• Respond to incidents and support junior staff.
• Communicate risks and remediation to leadership.
• Maintain and improve cyber security procedures.
