Job summary

Qcells North America seeks a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to own end-to-end design, strategy, and execution of cybersecurity for OT and IT environments. You will shape security standards, drive vulnerability management, and lead incident response to protect smart factories and critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities include enforcing OT security policies, governing Cisco Firepower-based rules, and guiding endpoint protection programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity deployment and operations.
• Experience in deploying and operating security systems (firewall, SSL VPN, APT, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of network traffic analysis and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and related security protocols.
• Must meet deadlines and demonstrate high reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead OT security policy design across factory environments, using Stealthwatch for visibility.
• Architect and govern firewall rule sets using Cisco Firepower for network segmentation.
• Drive ATP programs using Symantec ATP, including tuning and escalation workflows.
• Lead endpoint security programs (Symantec antivirus, EDR, USB controls) at scale.
• Spearhead incident response, including root cause analysis and post-incident reports.
