The Senior Cyber Security Analyst will lead cybersecurity initiatives to build and sustain a world-class secure organization. The role requires overseeing day-to-day security operations, proficiency with DLP/EDR/XDR/SOAR/SIEM, and driving policy, audits, incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field or satisfactory combination of formal education and relevant work experience, required.
• 5–10 years of relevant cyber security experience.
• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Experience with NIST, CIS Controls, & SOC2.
• Current information security certifications (CISSP, CSSLP, CCFP, CISM).
• Knowledge of operating systems, O365, & network protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud security (Azure), Artificial Intelligence, & DevSecOps practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to translate technical terms to customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations of cybersecurity tasks.
• Proficient with DLP, EDR, XDR, SOAR, and SIEM technologies.
• Ensure timely, accurate tailored remediation of intrusions and compromised systems.
• Oversee latest security, vulnerability, and technology developments.
• Lead security policy and documentation – NIST framework & compliance.
• Understand malware analysis & email security incidents.
• Lead incident response & reporting management.
• Participate in regular audits and procure artifacts.
• Assist in evaluating new products and services.
