Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join our US‑remote Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. You will own enterprise cyber risk assessments, translating risk into business terms for leadership to decide on acceptance, mitigation, or remediation.

The role requires deep hands-on experience (8+ years with a CS/IS degree or 4+ with a Master), security certifications, and strong knowledge of NIST, Azure, and identity/security architectures. Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Typically 8 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with a related degree, or 4 years with a Master's.
• Experience in enterprise risk management and third-party/cyber risk assessment.
• Current Security+ or equivalent certification; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cyber risk assessments across the enterprise, identifying risk to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Articulate cyber risk to leadership in decision-ready terms aligned to risk appetite.
• Lead cyber risk reviews including third-party assessments and software risk reviews.
