Capital Group is seeking a Business Information Security Principal to drive our Global Information Security agenda within the North America Client Group. You will oversee the cyber risk posture, lead major uplift programs, and partner with stakeholders to embed risk-aware security practices.

You are a senior cybersecurity leader and a clear communicator, translating complex risks into pragmatic solutions while balancing priorities in a dynamic financial technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, business, technology, or related field.
• Security certifications such as CISSP are a plus.
• Experience leading cybersecurity programs in financial or tech sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate major cybersecurity uplift programs.
• Provide first-line leadership in cyber incident management.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to embed risk-aware security practices.
• Serve as the liaison between Global Information Security and the business.
