Job summary

Capital Group in New York seeks a Senior Business Information Security Principal to advance the Global Information Security strategy and strengthen the organization's cyber risk posture. You will lead major security uplift programs and coordinate incident management to protect critical assets.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across finance and technology, translating complex security concepts into actionable requirements in a fast-paced environment and guiding teams to achieve security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in law, business, technology, or a related field.
• Security certifications such as CISSP are a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in cyber security.
• Experience in the financial industry or technology sector.
• Knowledge of data protection, encryption, and access management.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams on privacy controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of Global Information Security strategy for NACG.
• Oversee and strengthen the business cyber risk posture.
• Coordinate major cyber uplift programs and incident management.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed risk-aware security practices.
• Serve as senior liaison between Global Information Security and the business.
