Job summary

Credence seeks a senior Program Manager to support the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Lead cross-functional efforts in DoD acquisition, cyber posture, risk assessment, and data analytics to strengthen national security programs.

You will plan, organize, and present assessments, maintain schedules and performance baselines, and coordinate with government leaders.

Qualifications

• Requires active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.
• Master's/Doctorate in a related field with 10 years of experience (5 in DoD).
• Bachelor's in HR or related field with 12 years of DoD-related experience (5 in DoD).
• 15 years directly related experience with appropriate DoD certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CROWS management and stakeholders to prepare for leadership meetings.
• Assist DoD/DAF program analysis and planning activities.
• Present assessments of program management concepts and procedures.
• Develop and deliver strategic briefings to Air Force and CROWS leadership.
