Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and guiding cyber resiliency efforts across weapon systems in collaboration with AFLCMC and DoD leadership.

You will lead strategic briefings, manage cost/schedule/performance baselines, and coordinate with government counterparts to ensure cyber considerations are integrated into program milestones.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with DISS verification.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field with 10 years of DoD experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 12 years of DoD experience.
• 15 years of related experience with DoD certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for periodic working group meetings and leadership/strategic meetings with CROWS management.
• Assist with DoD/DAF program analysis and planning of program activities.
• Assist in planning and presenting assessments of program management concepts and procedures.
• Assist in planning reviews, briefings, and management reviews.
• Support CROWS leadership in managing projects within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
• Review and update policies and guidance; monitor team performance and prioritize actions.
• Coordinate action plans with cyber focus teams and update priorities.
• Ensure the five-year budget and schedule align with CROWS action plans.
• Develop strategic briefings for Air Force leadership and other senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate telecommunications and meetings with program offices.
• Handle administrative tasks including calendar management and travel.
