Job summary
Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on cyber resiliency in new weapon systems, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination with AFLCMC and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will bring DoD acquisition experience, strong program management skills, and a current TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI eligibility required, verifiable in DISS.
- Master’s or Doctorate in a related field with 10 years of experience, 5+ in DoD/DoW.
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field with 12 years, 5+ in DoD/DoW.
- 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8+ in DoD.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CROWS leadership and stakeholders for meetings and strategic planning.
- Assist with DoD/DAF program analyses and planning of activities.
- Support program management activities, including assessments, analyses, and procedures.
- Prepare and present assessments, briefings, and reviews for leadership and program offices.
- Help manage projects within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
