Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior Program Manager to support the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role centers on planning, analysis, and governance to improve cyber resilience across DoD weapon systems.

You will collaborate with CROWS leadership, program offices, and field teams to manage cost, schedule, and performance baselines while developing data-driven risk analyses and strategic briefings.

Qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Master's or Doctorate in a related field with 10 years DoD experience.
• Bachelor's in a related field with 12 years DoD experience.
• 15 years related DoD experience with proper certifications.
• PM/PMI or ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and cyber resilience concepts.
• Experience presenting strategic briefings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CROWS leadership and stakeholders for periodic meetings.
• Assist with DoD and DAF program analysis, including planning and activities.
• Assist with program management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
• Prepare assessments, command-level presentations, and program reviews.
• Support management of projects within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
• Help develop policies, guidance, and cyber documentation.
• Coordinate action plans with cyber teams and leadership priorities.
