Job summary

Credence is seeking a senior Program Manager to support the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on planning, analysis, and coordination for cyber resiliency across weapon systems with DoD stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, developing assessments, and aligning cost, schedule, and performance baselines while supporting strategic briefings to Air Force leadership and program offices.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI eligibility required.
• Master's/Doctorate in a related field with 10+ years of DoD experience or Bachelor’s in HR with 12+ years in DoD
• Project management certifications (PMP, ITIL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CROWS management and leaders for working group and strategic meetings.
• Assist DoD/DAF program analysis and planning of activities.
• Prepare assessments and briefings on program management concepts and studies.
• Support development of strategic briefings for senior leaders and external customers.
• Ensure alignment of budgets and schedules with CROWS action plans.
• Maintain cyber best practices repository and data strategies.
