Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to support a program on-site at Fort Meade, MD. You will provide technical back-end expertise for large-scale cyber exercises, cyber range development, and systems administration, while coordinating with DCO/OCO missions for USCC.

On-call rotations and cross-team collaboration are involved. Required are 8+ years in cyber security, DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher, and an active clearance with US citizenship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant cyber security experience.
• 4+ years of experience with CNO, CNE, and CND platforms.
• Active high-level security clearance required with ability to obtain a polygraph.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber range operations supporting DCO/OCO activities for USCC.
• Collaborate with cyber operators to provide cyber range expertise for missions.
• Convert training objectives into executable event environments and oversee execution.
• Deliver expert IT, virtual environment, and network support.
