Job summary

IDS International seeks an Operations Manager II to lead cyber range and training operations in a DoD environment. You will plan, execute, and evaluate training events, coordinating with senior DoD stakeholders and advancing enterprise-level cyber testbeds.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong background in cyber training programs, and the ability to manage complex schedules and resources to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline OR equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years in cyber range or computer testbed environments
• Minimum 7 years in program management or senior-DoD/defense industry experience
• Minimum 2 years supporting Army and Joint cyber training exercises
• Strong experience planning, executing, and evaluating cyber training programs
• Experience working with senior DoD personnel and stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage operations in fast-paced, mission-driven environments

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cyber range and training operations
• Lead and manage cyber training programs for Army and Joint environments
• Oversee daily operational activities within cyber testbed environments
• Ensure training effectiveness through evaluation and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with senior DoD stakeholders and leadership
• Support integration of IT/OT systems, networking, and cyber infrastructure
• Manage schedules, resources, and operational priorities
• Maintain operational readiness of cyber range capabilities
