BCG Attorney Search in Chicago is seeking a litigation associate with 12+ years of experience to join its Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation team. You will manage complex civil litigation and support all phases of disputes for clients across technology, finance, life sciences, and energy sectors.

The role requires sharp writing, strong oral communication, and the ability to work with clients and litigation teams on discovery, depositions, and motions. JD and State Bar admission are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation and support all aspects of disputes.
• Engage in discovery processes with eDiscovery and litigation support teams.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and draft motions and mediation statements.
• Work directly with clients and manage litigation tasks independently.
