The attorney will handle sophisticated litigation, including class actions, across technology, finance, life sciences, and energy sectors.

The role requires direct client engagement, management of discovery, and collaboration with eDiscovery and analytics teams. A JD and State Bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
• Exceptional writing and oral communication abilities.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation and support all aspects of disputes.
• Engage directly with clients and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and draft motions.
• Collaborate with the eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team.
