You will manage complex cases, oversee discovery with the eDiscovery team, prepare for depositions and hearings, and advise clients on complex disputes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and legal research abilities.
• Exceptional writing and oral communication skills.
• Bar membership in the state of the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation cases independently and as part of a team.
• Engage in all aspects of discovery with support from the eDiscovery team.
• Prepare for depositions and hearings, draft motions, and mediation statements.
• Work directly with clients to support complex disputes and litigation.
