Qualifications

• Over five years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation and support all aspects of disputes.
• Engage in discovery processes with eDiscovery and litigation support teams.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and draft motions and mediation statements.
• Work directly with clients and manage litigation tasks.
