The candidate will manage complex civil litigation, engage with clients, oversee discovery, and prepare for depositions and hearings while collaborating with the eDiscovery and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
• Exceptional writing and oral communication abilities.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil litigation and support all aspects of disputes.
• Engage directly with clients and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and draft motions.
• Collaborate with the eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team.
