Job summary

Premier Enterprise Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Policy Analyst to support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). You will conduct in-depth research, develop policy recommendations, and manage complex policy projects affecting cybersecurity, digital forensics, and cyber operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to communicate across organizational levels. Active Secret clearance and full-time on-site work in Linthicum Heights, MD are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience developing/managing policy for DAF/DoW in forensics, cybersecurity, or cyber threat analysis.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Strong written and oral communication across all organizational levels.
• Comprehensive knowledge of policies impacting cybersecurity, forensics, cyber training, and system development.
• Familiarity with National Cyber Intelligence programs.
• Knowledge of DoW and U.S. Intelligence Community resource planning policy.

• Evaluate existing policies and programs for effectiveness.
• Identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Manage policy projects, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Develop policy recommendations and executive decision-support products.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consensus-building activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials.
• Represent DC3 in meetings, forums, and working groups.
• Maintain policy documentation and records.
• Support enterprise policy development and performance measurement activities.
