Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Cyber IT Infrastructure Analyst to provide strategic, technical, and operational support for enterprise cyber planning, systems integration, and IT modernization.

The role requires JP 5-0 expertise, deep knowledge of networking, cloud, and data centers, and the ability to communicate with senior leaders and decision-makers. You will produce CONOPS, decision papers, and training plans for GO/FO and SES audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 12+ years of relevant experience in cyber planning, IT, or related fields.
• Active TS/SCI US Security Clearance is required.
• Knowledge of Joint Publication 5-0 (Joint Planning) and ability to translate guidance into actionable plans.
• Experience with networking, cloud, data centers, servers, and communications systems.
• Experience writing and editing technical documents, CONOPS, and Training Plans for GO/SES audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber operational planning and joint design for enterprise programs.
• Align planning and architecture with leadership goals across LAN/WAN/cloud environments.
• Implement security controls and modernization across IT environments.
• Drive process improvement within SAFe and ITIL 4 frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level decision-support deliverables for GO/SES audiences.
• Coordinate cross-program communications and manage large-scale transformations.
