• Proven leadership in federal cyber operations and SOC modernization.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the federal cyber vision for the Federal Civilian and Health BU.
• Lead SOC modernization and cyber operations leadership for multi-agency deployments.
• Operationalize ECS capabilities across CDM, data platforms, and risk analytics.
• Architect solutions and drive capture for high-visibility federal opportunities.
• Engage with agency CISOs and executives to shape customer strategy and partnerships.
• Guide investment and R&D direction aligning with agency mandates.
