Job summary

Computer World Services Corp. supports the Air Force Cyber Assessment Team (AFCAT) in the 688th Cyberspace Wing, performing CORA assessments at Air Force locations worldwide to strengthen DoWIN posture and resiliency.

The role focuses on Windows, endpoint security, vulnerability, insider threat, and related cyber defense areas. Ideal candidates hold a BS/BA with 5+ years of related experience or 8+ years overall.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) +5 years of experience, or 8+ years of related experience.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Determine technology focus areas and training entry timing
• Obtain DCDC JFHQ-DODIN certification and complete required assessments
• Ensure certification requirements are up to date with minimum 4 assessments per technology area annually
• Utilize DCDC JFHQ-DODIN standard processes and procedures
• Provide summaries to base leadership and 688 CW leadership
• Retrieve, analyze, and report on data relevant to SQL Database configurations
• Verify auditing/logging practices to validate data integrity
• Apply Active Directory knowledge to ensure compliance with security and audit requirements
• Validate DNS configurations to support security and compliance
