Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Cyber IT Infrastructure Analyst to guide strategic cyber planning, systems integration, and modernization across enterprise environments. You will shape operational designs, produce high-level CONOPS and executive-ready documents, and collaborate with GO/FO audiences to drive mission-focused IT programs.

The role requires deep experience in cloud, data centers, networking, and complex multi-system integration, with strong leadership and communication skills for senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 12+ years in cyber planning or related fields.
• Active TS/SCI US Security Clearance.
• Strong knowledge of Joint Publication 5-0 (Joint Planning).
• Translate strategy into actionable plans, develop COAs, and integrate cyber into joint frameworks.
• Knowledge of networking, cloud, data center, servers, and communications systems.
• Experience writing CONOPS, Training Plans, and executive-level documents.
• Experience with IaaS and PaaS technologies.
• Certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, CISM, CISSP; ITIL 4, Azure/GCP/AWS, VMware, Cisco.

Responsibilities

• Operational Cyber Planning & Joint Design for DOWIN Operations per JP 5-0 and security frameworks.
• Strategic Alignment with DCDC leadership and enterprise goals across LANs, WANs, and cloud environments.
• Implement security controls and modernization across all DoW cyber/IT environments.
• Drive Continuous Process Improvement within SAFe and ITIL 4 governance.
• Author CONOPS, Decision Papers, Training Plans, and Executive Summaries for GO/FO and SES audiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications with senior decision-makers for large-scale initiatives.
