Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Cyber Planning and IT Infrastructure Analyst to drive enterprise cyber planning, systems integration, and IT modernization efforts. You will align cyber planning with enterprise architecture and mission needs, delivering decision-support products for senior leadership.

Responsibilities include applying JP 5-0, supporting IaaS/PaaS modernization, and creating CONOPS, Training Plans, and executive briefs for General Officer audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 12+ years of relevant experience in cyber planning, enterprise IT, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of Joint Publication 5-0, Continuous Process Improvement, SAFe, and ITIL 4 Foundation.
• Experience with LAN, CAN, WAN, cloud, data centers, servers, and communications systems.
• Experience providing strategic input for operational design, technical documentation, and planning.
• Ability to write, review, and edit CONOPS, Training Plans, and executive briefing materials.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of JP 5-0 to support cyber planning, mission integration, and security strategies.
• Ensure planning and design align with leadership vision while analyzing system and network issues.
• Support modernization initiatives involving IaaS and PaaS technologies.
• Apply CPI, SAFe, and ITIL 4 practices to improve service delivery and governance.
• Prepare high-quality technical and executive documents for General Officer and Senior Executive audiences.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work independently on multiple IT systems.
