Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyber Professional to provide technical support as an Intel Planner and to lead a team of about 20 professionals supporting USCYBERCOM J2 enterprise efforts. The role includes interface with government customers, scope/cost/schedule accountability, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities include leading the Task Lead functions, developing program documentation, and ensuring compliance with DoD/IC policies and Peraton standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years of relevant experience with recent work.
• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s plus 5 years senior-level experience.
• Experience managing scope, cost, and schedule on government contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government customers.
• Ability to drive process improvement.
• Knowledge of intelligence planning concepts, JOPES, IC/DoD guidelines.
• Ability to produce concise analytic reports in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for enterprise task deliverables and customer communications.
• Manage scope, cost, and schedule; mitigate risks to contract performance.
• Lead continuous improvement to increase quality and value for J2 mission set.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, and program documentation to government stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Ensure all work complies with DoD/IC policies and Peraton standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 20 personnel across subtask areas.
• Communicate program status; elevate issues when needed.
• Represent the program in customer meetings, reviews, and planning sessions.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements with team and customer.
• Support the development and maintenance of OIs and SOPs.
