Job summary

Leidos is seeking senior-level Joint Fires Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM, CNMF, and JTF-ARES. You will apply Joint Targeting and Operational Planning to reach objectives and enable strategic end-states. On-site role with a focus on cyber/national security operations.

Requirements include a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a BA/BS in a related field, and 10–12+ years in CO/intel ops with Joint Targeting. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• 10–12+ years supporting CO or intelligence ops with Joint Targeting focus.
• DoD/IC-sponsored certification for Joint Targeting.
• Degree or ability to complete within 1 year; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Strong understanding of cyber operations and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely, accurate operational planning support for Joint Fires targeting.
• Coordinate targeting strategy with DISA, NSA, and other partners.
• Develop cyber-focused TTPs to assist future operations planners.
• Act as liaison between capability SMEs and developers during planning.
• Prepare targeting guidance and coordinate joint targeting policies.
