Job summary

Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking an experienced Intelligence Planner (Exercise and Training) – Senior to support USCYBERCOM J2 mission. This role integrates Defense and National Intelligence support into operational planning, standards, and exercise development lifecycle.

You will provide SME in campaign plan development, deliberate and crisis planning, and time‑sensitive planning per JOPES, with responsibilities including red‑team support, AARs, and travel up to 25% for CONUS/OCONUS

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in the last 2 years.
Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category; or Bachelor’s + 5 years senior experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

Integrate intelligence support into DoD operational and exercise planning efforts.
Provide direct support to cyberspace intelligence planning for joint exercise and training events.
Review and report on strategic guidance relevant to cyberspace intelligence for exercises.
Coordinate production and integration of NISP, Annex B, and Functional Support Plans.
Assist exercise intelligence planners during the entire exercise development process, including MSEL creation.
Support real‑time assessment, AAR preparation, and documentation of lessons learned.
