Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Cyber Intelligence to serve as an Information Systems Security Officer for classified government networks. You will support RMF/ICD 503/NISPOM, perform A&A activities, continuous monitoring, and system hardening while mentoring junior ISSOs.

The role requires active TS/SCI with CI polygraph, willingness to undergo full-scope polygraph, and travel up to 10%. Strong knowledge of DISA/NIST guidelines and incident response is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years; in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph
• Willingness to submit to a full scope polygraph investigation

Responsibilities

• Maintain Assessment & Authorization (A&A) documentation of assigned systems
• Perform security control assessments and execute Continuous Monitoring Plans
• Develop device and system hardening guides following DISA and NIST guidelines
• Manage the tracking and resolution of POA&Ms
• Own incident response process for areas of responsibility
• Mentor junior ISSOs in execution of tasks
• Travel up to 10%
• Lead efforts to improve security posture of systems and facility
