Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cybersecurity to help clients modernize identity environments across on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. You will balance hands-on identity expertise with advisory and delivery leadership to drive Zero Trust transformations.

The role requires leading teams, shaping architecture, and delivering secure identity programs for complex enterprise environments with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering identity and access management or directory services programs, with hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with directory design, migration planning, group policy, DNS, replication, hybrid identity, single sign-on and authentication controls.
• Knowledge of identity security capabilities such as conditional access, MFA, privileged identity management, access reviews and identity governance.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary on client projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID modernization engagements, including upgrades and migrations.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into practical identity architecture and governance models.
• Guide delivery teams across workstreams, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Advise clients on identity controls such as MFA, conditional access and privileged access.
• Contribute to proposals and reusable assets to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
