Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IAM or directory services programs with hands‑on AD and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of directory design, migrations, group policy, DNS, replication, and hybrid identity.
• Familiarity with identity security controls such as MFA, conditional access, and identity governance.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work long hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead AD and Entra ID modernization engagements including upgrades and migrations.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into identity architecture and governance models.
• Guide delivery teams across workstreams, timelines, risks, and decisions.
• Advise clients on identity controls including MFA, privileged access, and access reviews.
• Contribute to proposals and reusable assets to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
