Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cybersecurity to help clients modernize enterprise identity environments across on-prems and cloud directory services. You will lead engagements for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, driving governance and secure architecture while balancing hands-on work with advisory delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering identity and access management or directory services programs, with hands‑on knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with directory design, migration planning, group policy, DNS, replication, hybrid identity, single sign‑on and authentication controls.
• Familiarity with identity security capabilities such as conditional access, multifactor authentication, privileged identity management, access reviews and identity governance.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID modernization engagements, including upgrades, migrations, consolidations and hybrid identity programs.
• Translating business, security and regulatory needs into practical identity architecture, migration approaches, governance models and operating practices.
• Guiding delivery teams across workstreams, timelines, risks, technical decisions and stakeholder communications.
• Advising clients on identity controls such as multifactor authentication, conditional access, privileged access, identity governance and monitoring.
• Supporting proposals, client discussions and the development of reusable assets that help EY teams deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
