Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital Identity & Authentication SME to help clients improve user experience and reduce risk by designing robust identity solutions. You will architect and implement IAM in Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments using Entra, Okta, Ping, and Saviynt, while shaping governance, policies, and operating models.

The role involves strategy, solution design, access management, and client engagements, with travel as needed and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years relevant work experience (or 2–3 years with a graduate degree).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping, Saviynt, and IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Assessment: conduct current state and access assessments; maturity benchmarking; analyze IAM data; develop IAM strategy and roadmaps.
• Solution Design & Implementation: architect and implement identity and authentication solutions; design cloud security and IAM architectures for Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments; implement cloud IAM services.
• Access Management & Governance: implement access standards (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth, SCIM); support PAM, roles and rules; assist with IAM program management and compliance.
• Client Engagement: align security strategies with business goals; communicate trends and risks; deliver quality client services and presentations.
• Qualifications overview: travel as needed; certifications preferred.
