Job summary

BlueForce Inc. is seeking a Senior Cyber Governance SME to provide senior-level governance expertise, training, and mentoring under a DoD program. The role supports RBDF and can be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

The incumbent will lead curriculum development, integrate governance across disciplines, and coordinate interagency training efforts. Required 10+ years in national cyber governance, policy development, and interagency programs, plus experience with partner nations and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in national-level cyber governance, policy development, or interagency programs.
• CISSP, CISM and/or CGRC (CAP) ideal.
• Experience in international training and engagement, incl. low-resource environments.
• Ability to tailor complex concepts for non-technical audiences in policy/governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of national cyber governance curricula and training.
• Integrate governance, risk management, cyber defense, incident response and forensics into programs.
• Develop instructor guides, materials, scenarios, assessments, and workshops.
• Coordinate cross-agency training and promote interoperability and information sharing.
• Serve as senior partner-nation engagement lead to identify workforce needs and gaps.
• Advise partner nations on governance, controls, and alignment with operational capabilities.
• Assess and roadmap capabilities, conduct baseline and follow-on assessments.
• Travel to OCONUS locations for temporary duty assignments as needed.
