Job summary

BlueForce Inc. seeks a Program Manager to oversee cybersecurity training and partner-nation capability-development activities for the RBDF under DoD/DoW. The role requires 5+ years of program management experience, strong stakeholder coordination, and travel to The Bahamas for TDY as needed.

Work is remote from anywhere in the U.S. and involves coordinating with government and interagency partners, ensuring objectives, schedule, and resources are aligned with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen.
• 5+ years of progressive experience managing technical or international training programs.
• Experience coordinating with Embassy, Partner Nation leadership, and interagency stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to The Bahamas for short-duration TDY.

Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity training and capability-development programs aligned with objectives, contracts, scope, quality, schedule, and resources.
• Translate objectives into executable work plans and integrated schedules for training, curriculum, exercises, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across SMEs, instructors, curriculum specialists, technical personnel, and staff to align priorities and timelines.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, dependencies, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints, implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate interagency and partner-nation activities, meetings, exercises, and capability-development initiatives.
• Maintain stakeholder coordination and risk management, resolving conflicts affecting execution.
• Oversee deliverables including briefings, reports, and training products.
• Support personnel integration and team effectiveness, onboarding, and coordination across teams.
