Aleut Federal LLC in Colorado is seeking a seasoned cyberspace operations trainer to develop, deliver, and maintain course materials for the 537th Training Squadron at Peterson SFB, supporting the USSF OTC. The role requires expert knowledge of Windows/Linux, AD, PowerShell, and cyber operations, along with instructor experience and an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of cyber experience in industry, academia, or government.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, AD, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Instructor experience or completion of instructor training preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to teach a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and deliver cyberspace operations course materials and labs.
• Coordinate with contract leads and government personnel for training.
• Lead live instructor-led sessions, in-person and remote.
• Serve as technical authority for Cyber Fundamentals/Windows topics.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback and mentoring.
• Maintain training materials, labs, assessments, and resources.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure quality solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
