Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a highly experienced cyberspace operations trainer to develop, validate, and maintain course materials for the 537th Training Squadron at Peterson AFB, CO. You will deliver in-residence and remote instruction and coordinate with government personnel to ensure a state-of-the-art program.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or 8 years substitute), 10+ years in cyber, and an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of additional experience can substitute education requirement.
• Minimum 10 years of cyber-related experience in industry, academia, or government.
• Active or current Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required.
• Preferred: MCT, CompTIA Sec+, CompTIA Net+ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify on, and deliver cyberspace operations course materials.
• Interface with cyber agencies to maintain a state-of-the-art training program.
• Coordinate instructional activities with contract task leads and government personnel.
• Conduct live, instructor-led training sessions in-person and remote.
• Serve as technical authority on Cyber Fundamentals/Windows questions.
• Assess learners, provide feedback, and maintain training resources.
• Partner with instructional designers to ensure high-quality training solutions.
• Additional duties as assigned.
