Job summary

Allyon, Inc. in Colorado Springs seeks a Cybersecurity Instructor to support mission-critical training for the United States Air and Space Force. You will design and deliver courses, labs, and materials to prepare teams for high-responsibility environments.

This full-time W-2 role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a technical degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of cyber training experience. Onsite work five days a week in Colorado Springs with a strong emphasis on RMF, NIST, and real-world defense

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Cybersecurity/CS or equivalent certs/experience.
• 3+ years cybersecurity experience focusing on training or course development.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Implement risk management programs for federal clients using NIST, RMF, and FISMA.
• Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams.
• Work with federal clients to mitigate risk through monitoring and incident response.
• Establish security controls to protect client systems.
• Design, develop, and present cyber defense training objectives and materials.
• Create hands-on lab scenarios simulating real-world cyber threats.
• Tailor training to space mission systems and cyber terrain.
• Mentor clients in best practices for cyber incidents and defense.
