Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. (nSI) is seeking a Subject Matter Expert III – Technologies and Capabilities Cyber to join the Engineering Services Division in the National Capital Region. The role supports the RETS IDIQ contract, providing cyber engineering expertise and systems analysis for DoD programs.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance, 15+ years in cyber engineering and cybert test & evaluation, and 5+ years in program management, with DoD collaboration experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 15+ years of cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility; U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise related to cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation.
• Support analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and experimentation of cyber capabilities.
• Participate in research, development, integration, and testing of innovative technologies for both offensive and defensive cyber.
• Evaluate and validate sensor system performance, effectiveness, and operational feasibility.
• Recommend assessments to determine system performance to risks.
• Provide technical support to RETS IDIQ tasks and advise project managers.
• Provide mission engineering, modeling & simulation, developmental test & evaluation, and operations research support.
• Review technical data and documentation and provide analyses and recommendations.
