Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. seeks a Subject Matter Expert I – Force Operations in the NCR to lead strategic planning, research, and wargaming for RETS program support. You will guide cross-functional teams, communicate with DoD leadership, and provide technical advice on complex IDIQ task orders.

The role requires DoD experience, senior leadership interaction, and a current TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility; U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience, or a master’s degree with at least 6 years.
• At least 8 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of Department of War experience.
• At least 8 years of strategic planning and wargaming experience.
• At least 8 years of high-impact project leadership and executive communication.
• U.S. citizen with TS clearance w/ Eligibility for SCI and SAP; active TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning development, implementation & management aligned to leadership priorities.
• Conduct research, wargaming and analysis for pre-decisional advice/policy recommendations.
• Identify, prioritize and lead high-interest cross-functional projects.
• Serve as supervisor, team or project leader.
• Support senior leadership advisory & executive communication.
• Provide technical support to the RETS IDIQ and relevant Task Orders; consult with task order PMs.
