nou Systems, Inc. invites qualified candidates for a Subject Matter Expert I – Force Operations to join the Engineering Services Division in the National Capital Region (NCR). The role supports the OUSD(R&E) RETS IDIQ contract, providing strategic planning and guidance to a high‑level defense program.

A senior member of the RETS technical team, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or a master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience, or Master’s with at least 6 years of experience.
• At least 8 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of DoD War experience.
• At least 8 years of strategic planning, research and wargaming experience.
• Active TS clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility preferred; U.S. citizen required.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic planning, development, implementation and management aligned to leadership priorities.
• Conduct research, wargaming and analysis for advisory recommendations.
• Identify, prioritize and lead cross-functional projects.
• Serve as supervisor, team or project leader.
• Support senior leadership advisory and executive communication.
• Provide technical support to RETS IDIQ and related Task Orders.
